G68 Shellac in Five Colors

Our G68 traditional shellac is now available in five colors, making it easier to select an adhesive that complements different pads and woodwind repair applications.

Each shellac stick measures 7 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.

The assortment includes one stick of each available color.

Clear Shellac

A truly crystal-clear traditional shellac for woodwind repairs where a transparent adhesive is preferred.

Clear shellac behaves like traditional shellac and is an excellent option for making small shellac pellets on a bench anvil for small woodwind instruments.

White Shellac

A traditional white shellac commonly used for bassoon padding and other woodwinds fitted with white leather or traditional bladder-skin pads.

Transparent Amber Shellac

A true light amber shellac suitable for use on all woodwinds. It is slightly less viscous than its darker counterpart and works well for making shellac pellets on a bench anvil.

Semi-Transparent Dark Brown Mahogany Shellac

A traditional dark shellac commonly used for woodwind pads, especially saxophone pads. It provides an appearance and consistency similar to shellac prepared from traditional flakes.

Black Shellac

A true black traditional shellac designed for woodwind applications where black pads are used and shellac is the preferred adhesive.

F6A and F6B Delrin Dent Hammers

Our Delrin Dent Hammers provide a non-marring working surface for dent repair and general-purpose tapping.

The Delrin material helps prevent the hammer marks or walnut-shell dimpling that can occur when tapping on steel mandrels, dent balls and other repair surfaces. These hammers can also help avoid hardening the material being worked.

Each hammer has one round end and one end with a slight radius, providing greater versatility for different repair tasks.

• F6B: 5/8-inch diameter by 2 1/4 inches long, $25.00

Z60M Mini Z Extension for Baritone Saxophone

The Z60M Mini Z Extension expands the capabilities of the Mini Z by allowing it to be used when working on baritone saxophones.

The Mini Z is not included.

L41A Adjustable Vise Stand

The L41A Adjustable Vise Stand provides a versatile solution for repair shops where multiple technicians share a vise or where the working height needs to change between projects.

The stand adjusts from 27 inches to 47 inches, or approximately 68.5 cm to 119.3 cm.

To adjust the height:

1. Release the locking lever.

2. Spin the top clockwise or counterclockwise to raise or lower the vise.

3. Return the locking lever to the secured position.

The floor plate is predrilled for easier installation. The top plate is left undrilled, allowing you to create a custom hole configuration that matches your specific vise.

N48C Venturi Rod for Bass Trombone

The N48C Venturi Rod is designed to make removing a bass trombone venturi easier.

To use the rod:

1. Slide the rod inside the mouthpiece-side slide tube.

2. Position the tapered end against the venturi.

3. Secure the opposite end of the rod in a vise.

4. Heat the venturi solder joint.

5. Use a twisting motion to pull the venturi tube.

L14D Delrin Vise V-Block

The L14D Vise V-Block is now manufactured from Delrin material.

This block holds round mandrels securely in several repair positions and helps prevent them from slipping under pressure. It also includes a vertical groove for positioning knuckle tools.

Embedded magnets hold the block securely against the vise. The updated Delrin version maintains the familiar shape and groove configuration of the previous model.

N92 Saxophone Snake Tool

The N92 Saxophone Snake Tool allows technicians to complete dent work without removing the saxophone bow or bell.

The metal linkage and flexible cable allow the tool to pass through the saxophone and out through the bell. Once the required dent ball is attached, the cable can be pulled until the ball reaches the dent rod.

Lock the cable into position and begin the repair work.

L63 Pencil Torch

The L63 Pencil Torch produces a flame in approximately one second with the touch of a button.

Adjustable gas and air controls provide precise control over the pinpoint flame. The flame can burn at any angle, offering greater flexibility for detailed instrument repair work.
